Strawberry Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 100 Ml Coconut Water

  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds

  • 1/2 Lime (zested)

  • 1/3 cup Strawberries (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp Mint Leaves (chopped, optional garnish)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine the almond milk, coconut water, chia seeds, and lime zest in a bowl. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until chilled, and the chia seeds have set.

  2. Stir well then divide between bowls or jars. Top with strawberries and mint, if using. Enjoy!

NOTES

  • No Strawberries Use your choice of berries or mango
