Naomi Rogan

Adv. Dip. Health Science (Naturopathy)

Reiki Practitioner
Cert IV Holistic Counselling and Mind Body Medicine Remedial Therapist
ATMS Member

Naomi Rogan has worked as a Clinical Naturopath for 22 years and has over 30 years of experience in the Australian healthcare industry. As well as an experienced Naturopath, Naomi is Mum to 3 children, 2 chickens, 2 cats and 2 dogs and loves bushwalking, the beach, walking her dogs and spending time with her family.

Over the years Naomi has worked in many busy practices around the metro and rural areas in WA alongside a team of allied health professionals and medical practitioners. Naomi is currently the director of two successful integrated clinics in WA where she works closely with her team in a collaborative healthcare approach.

Naturopathy is a huge passion for Naomi as she understands what it is like to suffer from chronic health conditions. As a young child, Naomi suffered from eczema and had to rely on steroids to manage her condition. With age, Naomi developed autoimmune conditions including alopecia, psoriasis and anemia. Her personal journey to understand and navigate these conditions led Naomi to seek alternatives to conventional health treatments - Naomi wanted to treat the root cause of her health conditions. This led her on a journey to self-heal and seek answers in relation to her own health. Naomi’s personal health journey is the key reason she is so passionate about helping, healing and educating her patients.

Naomi aims to work closely with her patients and treats each individual with great empathy and compassion. She confidently utilises a holistic and evidence-based approach to wellness paired with the latest technology in testing and quality natural medicines.

Naomi works collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in both her clinics and incorporates thorough testing (when needed) to get the most comprehensive picture of the current health of her patients. This allows her to create the best treatment management plan for each patient to help alleviate symptoms and dig deeper to treat the underlying patterns of dis-ease and restore one’s health and vitality.

Naomi feels very comfortable with complex case management and supporting individuals who are trying to manage a myriad of health conditions, numerous medications and a long list of symptoms. Her strengths involve breaking down and working systematically through an individual's health concerns and supporting individuals to take control of their health and understand and treat the root cause.

The key areas Naomi can support you in are:

  • Chronic disease, multi-layered illness

  • Auto-immune conditions (RF, Hashimotos, Reactive Arthritis, Psoriasis, Alopecia, Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn's Disease and more)

Ayurvedic Massage

Catherine has been practising as a reflexologist for 12 years and is a member of the Reflexology Association of Australia. Reflexology is the application of pressure and soothing techniques to specific points and areas of the feet, hands, face and ears which correspond to the body's organs and systems. Reflexology stimulates the circulation to restore energy throughout the body, clearing blockages that may have occurred due to stress, toxins, illness, emotions or injuries.

Junko Cockerill

Reiki (Jikiden)

Swedish Relaxation & Oncology Massage

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

Junko offers a diverse range of therapies including Reiki, Relaxation/Oncology Massage and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. She uses touch therapies to help clients reconnect with their bodies and improve their mind-body relationships.

Through deep relaxation and improved awareness of physical and emotional holding patterns, the body can start to engage with its natural intelligence to heal and facilitate self-repair.

Reiki and Relaxation massage can help bring the mind and body to a state of calmness and stillness especially at times of stress and tension both of which can have a long term effect on our health system. Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle hands-on treatment that encourages the body’s ability to self-regulate and self-repair. It can have a positive effect on the autonomic nervous system and can help the person return to the state of rest and digest from fight or flight which, when it has become long term, can trigger different kinds of ailments.

Junko’s journey to holistic therapies came through experiences with her own health challenges and awareness of the importance of balance in life. With a background in Psychology, she trained in complementary therapies in the UK, Japan and Australia and has 17 years of experience in supporting those walking the cancer journey. She is a practitioner at Solaris Cancer Care since 2011. She provides a safe holding environment in which clients have the opportunity to relax, find inner peace and restore.

Adv Cert Natural Fertility Management & Better Babies Preconception Health Care - Francesca Naish

Adv Cert - RTT - Rapid Transformational Therapy

TFT Diagnostic Level

ATMS Member

20 years experience

Lisa has worked both in private practice and with pharmacy groups in the Perth metro areas. plus remote WA and Bali, whilst living there.

Lisa loves to inspire women to get their mojo back.  She does this by tweaking their diet, lifestyle and nutrition whilst still enjoying the luxuries of life.  It is never about doing without and all about balance.

The key areas Lisa can support you in;

  • Shedding excess weight

  • Stress, anxiety, overwhelm and burnout

  • Preconception care - for either natural conception or IVF

  • Menopausal support - Extinguishing those hot flushes and other annoying symptoms that stop you from enjoying life

Lisa became interested in natural medicine very early after a horrific car accident that required the jaws of life to be used to release her from what was left of the car.  Having been treated successfully in hospital in an emergency situation, Lisa was left with unknown at that stage PTSD, leading to undiagnosed adrenal fatigue.  Conventional medicine was unsuccessful in resolving the symptoms, so Lisa was inspired to delve further into the underlying cause of the symptoms that developed over the years.  After seeing a Naturopath with great success, Lisa was inspired to venture on the pathway of helping others who also felt lost and debilitated from symptoms and the underlying contributing factors that are affecting their lives.

Successfully incorporating the preconception care program that Lisa studied as a post grad with her own pregnancies inspired Lisa to share her knowledge with other couples, to create the best babies possible.

Dr Talia.png

Dr Talia Steed

Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery

Counselling

Having worked for 12 years as a medical doctor in the fields of General Practice, Psychiatry, Addiction, Emergency & Integrative Medicine, Dr Talia found that many people suffering from chronic health issues were remaining sick and unhappy.

This took her down a path of exploring what creates physical dis-ease in the body. She found that the approach of looking purely at symptoms on a physical level could not get to the root cause and help them heal.

This led to her holistic approach considering all levels of Body, Mind & Soul, based on the principles of Mind-Body Medicine. In her 1:1 consults, Dr Talia uses an integrated approach, taking the best from science and spirituality.

She will help you to uncover what is getting in the way of your healing, whether on a conscious or subconscious level. This process will guide you to connect with your intuitive voice within to uncover what it is you truly need to shift to heal.

We all have an inner compass that can direct us once we learn how to tap into it.

WHY FASCIA MATTERS

Fascia (soft connective tissue) is everywhere in your body.

Think of fascia as a thin casing that surrounds and connects every part of your body, keeping every bone, organ, blood vessel, muscle and nerve fibre in place – integrating and separating your body’s structure and systems.

Your fascia holds you together, giving your body support, stability and cushioning. Fascia also acts as a second nervous system, sending messages throughout your systems.

Inflammation, injury, or chronic stress causes fascia to tighten up and become dehydrated. This affects your body’s electrical conductivity, muscle contractions, blood circulation, lymphatic drainage, and the circulation of fluid in your brain and spinal cord.

Stiff, dry fascia impacts your posture, joint mobility, muscle function, and your body systems, eventually undermining your health.

Properly functioning fascia is critical to your overall well-being. Symptoms of imbalance include chronic pain, discomfort, stiffness, muscular knots, joint pain, decreased mobility, tension headaches, backache, neck and shoulder issues, sciatica, and even a lack of energy.
