Naomi's key areas of interest include chronic disease, auto-immune conditions, & thyroid & endocrine dysfunction. Naomi is currently the director of two successful integrated clinics in WA where she works closely with her team in a collaborative healthcare approach

Naturopathy is a huge passion for Naomi as she understands what it is like to suffer from chronic health conditions. As a young child, Naomi suffered from eczema and had to rely on steroids to manage her condition. With age, Naomi developed autoimmune conditions including alopecia, psoriasis and anemia. Her personal journey to understand and navigate these conditions led Naomi to seek alternatives to conventional health treatments - Naomi wanted to treat the root cause of her health conditions. This led her on a journey to self-heal and seek answers in relation to her own health. Naomi’s personal health journey is the key reason she is so passionate about helping, healing and educating her patients.

Naomi aims to work closely with her patients and treats each individual with great empathy and compassion. She confidently utilises a holistic and evidence-based approach to wellness paired with the latest technology in testing and quality natural medicines.

Naomi works collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in both her clinics and incorporates thorough testing (when needed) to get the most comprehensive picture of the current health of her patients. This allows her to create the best treatment management plan for each patient to help alleviate symptoms and dig deeper to treat the underlying patterns of dis-ease and restore one’s health and vitality.

Naomi feels very comfortable with complex case management and supporting individuals who are trying to manage a myriad of health conditions, numerous medications and a long list of symptoms. Her strengths involve breaking down and working systematically through an individual's health concerns and supporting individuals to take control of their health and understand and treat the root cause.

Lisa loves to inspire women to get their mojo back.  She does this by tweaking their diet, lifestyle and nutrition whilst still enjoying the luxuries of life.  It is never about doing without and all about balance.

The key areas Lisa can support you in;

  • Shedding excess weight

  • Stress, anxiety, overwhelm and burnout

  • Preconception care - for either natural conception or IVF

  • Menopausal support - Extinguishing those hot flushes and other annoying symptoms that stop you from enjoying life

Lisa became interested in natural medicine very early after a horrific car accident that required the jaws of life to be used to release her from what was left of the car.  Having been treated successfully in hospital in an emergency situation, Lisa was left with unknown at that stage PTSD, leading to undiagnosed adrenal fatigue.  Conventional medicine was unsuccessful in resolving the symptoms, so Lisa was inspired to delve further into the underlying cause of the symptoms that developed over the years.  After seeing a Naturopath with great success, Lisa was inspired to venture on the pathway of helping others who also felt lost and debilitated from symptoms and the underlying contributing factors that are affecting their lives.

Successfully incorporating the preconception care program that Lisa studied as a post grad with her own pregnancies inspired Lisa to share her knowledge with other couples, to create the best babies possible.

Dr Talia Steed

BACHELOR OF MEDICINE ◦ HOLISTIC DOCTOR ◦ MIND BODY MEDICINE

SPIRITUAL COUNSELLING

Dr Talia.png

Doctor Talia although medically trained by background, was propelled on a journey that led her to explore beyond the realm of the physical, into the role of the mind and spirit in the health issues we face.

Her holistic approach considers the interplay of all facets of our being, Body, Mind & Soul. To look at ill-health as purely a symptom or illness, is to miss the deeper messages our bodies are calling us to face. As ultimately the path to healing is the path to self-understanding.

Similarly our particular life circumstances arise to teach us the specific lessons our soul has incarnated to learn. Each relationship, trigger, difficult encounter or experience has been brought into our life to wake us up to a lesson we have not yet mastered.
Our greatest purpose is not to be found in some external world accomplishment or acquisition, but rather in our willingness to connect more deeply each day with our true/ higher self and to let go the layers of everything that is not who we really are.

In her 1:1 consults, Dr Talia will guide you to uncover your answers from within.

She will help you to uncover what is getting in the way of your healing, whether on a conscious or subconscious level, guiding you to connect more deeply with your intuitive voice within to uncover what it is you truly need to shift to heal.

We all have an inner compass that can direct us once we learn how to tap into it.

Neural Organisation Technique (NOT)

NOT incorporates the most recent developments in neuroscience. It primarily deals with identifying and correcting faults within the nervous system. These four systems are controlled by your spine health and brain health ensuring optimum central nervous system function.

The comprehensive therapeutic process involves gentle spinal, cranial/jaw and reflex corrections to reactivate and reorganise the nervous system.

Reflexology is the application of pressure and soothing techniques to specific points and areas of the feet, hands, face and ears which correspond to the body's organs and systems. Reflexology stimulates the circulation to restore energy throughout the body, clearing blockages that may have occurred due to stress, toxins, illness, emotions or injuries.

It also produces the most profound and deep relaxation, whilst gently cleansing the body of toxins and impurities. It is in this state of deep relaxation that stress levels are reduced and feelings of well-being are produced.

Misty McLaren

BOWEN THERAPIST ◦ PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINER

Misty.jpeg

“Using Bowen Therapy, I can help people from all walks of life ease their pain and suffering. I’ve been a personal trainer since 2000, and I take pride in helping my clients keep fit and healthy and able to live their best lives.”

Bowen Therapy is a corrective bodywork treatment that works on your fascia. It is gentle, relaxing, and non-invasive. Gentle movements are applied to your muscles, tendons, fascia, ligaments, joints, and nerves.

Each manipulation stimulates a wave effect in your connective tissues that disrupt ‘pain loops’ and send messages to the rest of your body to restore hydration, balance, and flow.

During your Bowen treatment, I work through a layer of light clothing or directly on your skin, and a session usually lasts for an hour.

Bowen is safe for all ages, from newborn babies to older adults who want to remain strong, mobile, and pain-free.

WHY FASCIA MATTERS

Fascia (soft connective tissue) is everywhere in your body.  Think of fascia as a thin casing that surrounds and connects every part of your body, keeping every bone, organ, blood vessel, muscle and nerve fibre in place – integrating and separating your body’s structure and systems.

Your fascia holds you together, giving your body support, stability and cushioning. Fascia also acts as a second nervous system, sending messages throughout your systems.

Inflammation, injury, or chronic stress causes fascia to tighten up and become dehydrated. This affects your body’s electrical conductivity, muscle contractions, blood circulation, lymphatic drainage, and the circulation of fluid in your brain and spinal cord.

Stiff, dry fascia impacts your posture, joint mobility, muscle function, and your body systems, eventually undermining your health. Properly functioning fascia is critical to your overall well-being. Symptoms of imbalance include chronic pain, discomfort, stiffness, muscular knots, joint pain, decreased mobility, tension headaches, backache, neck and shoulder issues, sciatica, and even a lack of energy.
